Well, now I have a companion who is seeking to slim down. My dear cousin, hf. Whenever I felt like eating, I would think twice and remember someone out there is also trying very hard to not overeat. My motivation became twice as much then ever before. Well, its nice to have someone slimming down at the same time. I find it gratifying.

I will go down. That's final. Let's say 2 mths? I shall see the results.
